This paper presents a coupled electro-thermal model for lithium-ion battery packs using a four-RC equivalent circuit model and a lumped thermal network. A 2S4P pack of Panasonic NCR18650PF cells is simulated under CCCV charging and a Dynamic Stress Test cycle. The results show that the maximum cell temperature remains below 32°C, the average temperature ranges from 24°C to 25.5°C, and the temperature difference between cells stays within 1°C. The proposed model is effective and computationally efficient for battery thermal analysis and pack design.
