The tourism industry depends on the quality of the environment and natural resources as well as the humanities more than other economic activities. Located in the center of the Northern key economic region, Chi Linh city has relatively rich and unique tourism resources including natural landscape, lake and forest ecosystems with 272 historical and cultrural sites. However, if Chi Linh tourism wants to develop in a sustainable and long-term trend of global integration, the solution is that the tourism activities must not be overused, natural environment and culture must be preserved, tourism must co-ordinate with other economic acitivites, bringing real benefit to the local people.Basing on the research and evaluation on the values and potential advantages of Chi Linh tourism at the same time evalutating the factual development of Chi Linh tourism to find out its obstacles as well as the causes of limitation the city tourism, the article proposes the solutions to sold the problems in the organization and management activities in order to have a synchronous co-ordination in tourims for a future sustainable development of Chilinh Tourism in economic integration.
