In the context of rapid digital transformation across all sectors of society, higher education institutions are facing increasing demands to innovate management methods, particularly in student affairs. Community engagement activities play a crucial role in developing students’ competencies, social responsibility, and civic awareness. However, the management of these activities at many universities, including Sao Do University, remains fragmented, manual, and inefficient, with limited application of digital technologies. Based on theoretical foundations, relevant policies, and an analysis of the current management practices at Sao Do University, this paper proposes a Web-Mobile based digital transformation model for managing students’ community engagement activities. The proposed model aims to enhance management efficiency, promote student participation, and align with the requirements of higher education reform in the digital era
